🛡️ Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen and damaged items that fit the following criteria. Review the policies to understand what lost, stolen, and damaged items it will cover.
- 1. Packages presumed to be lost
Order issues for packages presumed lost by the carrier (status not "delivered")
— 7 days after last tracking update for USA domestic shipments
— 20 days after last tracking update for international shipments
— tracking status is undelivered or Alert
- 2. Only part of the order delivered
— Customer ordered several items in one package but only part arrived, no evidence of tampering.
— Single order shipped in multiple packages and one package does not arrive.
- 3. Delivered but Missing Package
Orders marked "delivered" yet not received are considered stolen. Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
- 4. Delivered to wrong address
If customer input the correct address at checkout and package was delivered to wrong address.
- 5. Damaged Item On Arrival
Damaged orders must be filed within 48 hours of delivery date. Damaged = broken, unusable, fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc.
📌 Shipping Protection claims require timely submission. Always inspect your package upon arrival.
🚚 Delivery Method
We offer a variety of shipping methods and will show the best one for you on the checkout page. Current shipping methods offered: Registered Air Mail, Express and UPS.

1. Order Status
— Pre-order / restocking orders: need about 10-30 working days to purchase products before shipping.
— In-stock orders: dispatched within 48 working hours, estimated delivery 5-10 working days.
2. Warehouses
We have established 2 warehouses in California, USA / Shenzhen, China, and many backup warehouses in Europe for growing orders.
